Dr. James Anderson was born and raised in Barrie, Ontario. He went to Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas to compete on the varsity baseball team while receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then continued his education at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC), where he graduated with honours. While at NYCC, he received an Advanced Certificate in Sport Science and Human Performance as well as the Frank P. DeGiacomo Technique Award for his mastery in chiropractic techniques and practices.

He is also certified in the upper and lower extremity courses of Athletic Movement Assessment and Functional Movement Taping levels 1 and 2 of RockTape. While completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic, he also completed the Neurofunctional Acupuncture Program through the McMaster University.

Dr. Anderson loves to work with athletes and those looking to move better. He enjoys using the techniques that he has learned to help people get back to what they want to do. He enjoys staying active through baseball, cycling, triathlons, crossfit, golfing, kayaking, hockey, hiking and anything that keeps him moving. He understands that injuries can keep people from the activities they love, and he wants to be there for those who want to get back to being active.

Noshin has more than 10 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in Ontario, Canada. She is an active member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy Program from the United States of America.

Noshin is passionate about her profession and continues to take post-graduation courses to keep her knowledge and skills up to date. She has special training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Concussion/Vestibular rehabilitation and has also taken many courses in Musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Noshin is passionate about providing her patients with high-quality service. She utilizes patient-centered and evidence-based practice to decrease pain, and improve or restore function to help her patients return to life. She uses a combination of therapies such as hands on manual therapy, Acupuncture, Laser therapy, Radial Shockwave therapy, Cupping, Massage, Therapeutic exercises, and more.

Growing up in a military family, Christina has called many places home. Starting her post-secondary studies with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, and then heading West to Mount Royal University in Calgary to complete her Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy, she finally settled into Barrie in 2014 for the long run as a Certified Athletic Therapist.

Stints with the Saint Mary’s University Football team, Calgary NorthStars Hockey association and Calgary Canadian Irish Rugby Club, a few years covering Simcoe County highschool sports and Barrie Colts AAA, and 3 IBL Championship seasons with the Barrie Baycats, she most recently spent the last 5 years working as an expert compression garment and orthopedic brace fitter.

Christina is excited to be jumping back into manual therapy and treating athletes of all sports and ages, especially all the athletes in the game of life looking to keep their bodies moving!

Rebecca has been a Registered Massage Therapist for just shy of 14 years now and has operated a small Therapeutic Massage Therapy clinic in Barrie for close to 10 years.

Rebecca graduated from The Massage Therapy program at Georgian College, and enjoyed her time here as a student so much so she came back to open her clinic here.

In the years since graduating she has built her clinic up she has gotten to know many other business owners in Barrie through her time in Business Networking International (BNI), The Simcoe County young professional association (SYCPA), and by attending Community Based Networking (CBN) meet ups with fellow RMTS.

Rebecca loves helping patients create individualized care plans that factor in your health and wellness goals. As a RMT she really enjoys helping you understand how your muscles function and what may be contributing to the pain or discomfort you may be experiencing.

Having taken continued education post graduation in pregnancy massage therapy, and by using the body cushion during all appointments you are bound to feel comfortable as she helps you get your desired results from each appointment.
