Dr. James Anderson was born and raised in Barrie, Ontario. He went to Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas to compete on the varsity baseball team while receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then continued his education at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC), where he graduated with honours. While at NYCC, he received an Advanced Certificate in Sport Science and Human Performance as well as the Frank P. DeGiacomo Technique Award for his mastery in chiropractic techniques and practices.

He is also certified in the upper and lower extremity courses of Athletic Movement Assessment and Functional Movement Taping levels 1 and 2 of RockTape. While completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic, he also completed the Neurofunctional Acupuncture Program through McMaster University.

Dr. Anderson loves to work with athletes and those looking to move better. He enjoys using the techniques that he has learned to help people get back to what they want to do. He enjoys staying active through baseball, cycling, triathlons, crossfit, golfing, kayaking, hockey, hiking and anything that keeps him moving. He understands that injuries can keep people from the activities they love, and he wants to be there for those who want to get back to being active.

Stephanie began her journey in the health & wellness field as a competitive tennis player at age 16. Hard work and dedication to her craft, afforded her an opportunity to attend Missouri State and Eastern Illinois Universities on a Full Athletic Scholarship. While competitively playing tennis, she completed her Undergrad Degree in Exercise Science. As an elite student-athlete, she personally witnessed so many athlete’s dreams come crashing down due to inadequate clinical treatments. At that point, she knew she could be the difference.

She began her career journey in recovery & regeneration and high-performance sport conditioning. In 2009, she obtained her Masters in Human Kinetics at University of British Columbia specializing in the Study of Elite Athletes. And finally, in 2018, she became a Registered Massage Therapist and Medical Acupuncture Provider. She worked with many professional athletes (NFL, NBA, ATP, WTA, MMA, MLS, and CFL), the prestigious Weil Tennis Academy in California, York University in Toronto, and a 5-star boutique hotel in Toronto, Hotel X. In 2018, she opened her own Strength and Massage Services specializing in Sports Recovery where she managed 200+ client portfolios.

Gregory is a Registered Kinesiologist with a passion for helping people recover from injury, improve their movement, and return to the activities they enjoy. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University and has lived in Simcoe County for most of his life.

His clinical focus is on return-to-work and return-to-sport rehabilitation, using a combination of movement assessments, soft tissue work, mobility training, and individualized exercise prescription to restore function, build strength, and enhance performance. Gregory is also certified in orthotic molding, fitting, and bracing, allowing him to support patients safely and effectively throughout every stage of recovery. He emphasizes clear, structured, and personalized plans designed to help patients regain confidence, prevent re-injury, and maintain long-term physical health.

Sports have been a central part of Gregory’s life. After competing in high-performance baseball until the age of 20, he transitioned into coaching and now serves as an Assistant Coach with the Ontario Kobra’s. This experience gives him a unique understanding of the physical and mental demands of sport, as well as the frustration and challenges that come with injury.

Gregory works with a wide range of populations, with a particular focus on active and sport- oriented individuals. Noshin has more than 10 years of experience working as a physiotherapist in Ontario, Canada. She is an active member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy Program from the United States of America.

Noshin is passionate about her profession and continues to take post-graduation courses to keep her knowledge and skills up to date. She has special training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Concussion/Vestibular rehabilitation and has also taken many courses in Musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Veronica was born in Ajax Ontario, but her family quickly moved up to our lovely town of Barrie. She graduated in 2016 from Georgian College with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy, and since then has been continuously keeping up with education, trying to learn as many new things as possible!

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outside. Whether it’s sitting and reading, or going for a walk in the woods with her two dogs, Socks and Lucy.

Christina joined the team at Sinclair Sports Medical Center in January 2023. She focuses on all of life’s athletes, helping them prevent and recover from a variety of injuries from Achilles tendonitis, to rotator cuff pain and ACL reconstructions, and the rest of the body in between. By using her skills in Soft Tissue Release, Myofascial Cupping and in other manual techniques, Christina can get you back on your field of play before you have a chance to miss it.

Christina holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, and an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University in Calgary. She settled into Barrie in 2014 for the long run as a Certified Athletic Therapist.

Stints with the Saint Mary’s University Football team, Calgary NorthStars Hockey association and Calgary Canadian Irish Rugby Club, a few years covering Simcoe County high school sports and Barrie Colts AAA, 3 IBL Championship seasons with the Barrie Baycats, and 5 years working as an expert compression garment and orthopedic brace fitter, taught her key components of care on and off the field – expertise she brings with her to Sinclair Sports Medical Center.
